Living Legacies
Because every TACP’s story deserves to be remembered—and passed on.
Overview
A Living Legacy is built around a single TACP’s career—told in their own words through a transcribed interview, supported by their service records, and carried by photographs from every stage of their time in and out of the fight. Each volume preserves one operator’s story exactly as it deserves to be kept.
Its purpose is twofold: to safeguard the missions, moments, and men who shaped TACP history, and to place that history in the hands of the families who earned it. Long after the uniform comes off, a Living Legacy remains—a heirloom that lets future generations understand the weight of the name they carry.
The Living Legacies Collection
The Living Legacies series was created by the Tactical Air Control Party Foundation to preserve the career stories of TACP legends and honor their lasting contributions to the TACP community, the United States Air Force, and our nation. Each volume captures an operator’s journey in their own words, ensuring their experiences are recorded, remembered, and passed forward as part of our shared military history. These books are intended to serve as enduring family heirlooms—kept in print, safeguarded digitally, and accessible to future generations. If you have questions about any Living Legacies volume, the TACP Foundation is always available to help.
