AFSPECWAR tRANSITION PROGRAM
A Structured 5-Meeting Pipeline for Special Warfare Career Transition.
Overview
The AFSPECWAR Transition Program is designed to help operators take control of their transition—not react to it.
Built for members starting ~12 months from separation, this program provides the clarity, network, and execution strategy needed to land in the right role, in the right location, with the right trajectory.
This is a 5-meeting program (not time-bound)—allowing flexibility for operators to move at their own pace while still maintaining accountability and momentum.
Core Focus:
- Define direction
- Build a network
- Execute with purpose
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program uses a five‑meeting pipeline where the first three sessions are group-based and held weekly on Wednesday evenings, followed by two individualized 1‑on‑1 sessions scheduled after group completion. Each meeting unlocks the next through short intake forms, allowing operators to progress at their own pace while maintaining structure and accountability.

The ones who win transition by building networks and making deliberate decisions.
This program is built to make sure you’re in the second group.
