AFSPECWAR transition program

The AFSPECWAR Transition Program is a structured five‑meeting pipeline that helps operators take control of their transition by defining direction, building a network, and executing a deliberate plan. Through group sessions and personalized 1‑on‑1 coaching, members gain clarity, resources, and an actionable path to land the right role after service.

Career Transition Assistance for Veterans

Transitioning from military service to civilian life presents unique challenges. Our program provides:

Job Placement Support – Assistance in connecting TACP veterans with career opportunities that match their skills.
Resume & Interview Coaching – Tailored guidance to translate military experience into a compelling civilian resume.
Entrepreneurship Resources – Support for TACP veterans looking to start or grow their own businesses.
Networking Opportunities – Access to industry professionals and veteran-friendly employers.
