Resiliency & Restoration
Through this program, TACP operators receive the mentorship, professional growth opportunities, and mental wellness resources they need to excel in the next chapter of their lives.
Strengthening the Mind, Body, and Spirit of Our TACP Warriors
At the TACP Foundation, we are dedicated to ensuring every warrior receives the care and support needed to heal—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Through our Resiliency & Restoration program, we provide the resources TACP service members need to recover, rebuild, and maintain a strong sense of identity after their service. From mental health support to physical rehabilitation and wellness initiatives, we stand beside our warriors throughout their journey.
Mental Health Counseling & Support Services
The demands of TACP service can create significant mental and emotional strain. Our program provides comprehensive support through:
- One‑on‑One Counseling – Access to licensed therapists experienced in combat stress, PTSD, and resilience-building.
- Group Therapy & Peer Support – Safe, facilitated environments where operators can share experiences and strengthen community.
- Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention – Immediate assistance and 24/7 helplines for warriors in urgent need.
PTSD & Trauma Recovery Programs
Healing from trauma is a crucial part of reintegration. We offer:
- Trauma‑Informed Therapy – Compassionate, individualized treatment for PTSD and trauma rooted in TACP service.
- Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Techniques – Evidence‑based practices like meditation, yoga, and breathwork to promote calm and resilience.
- Art & Music Therapy – Creative pathways that allow service members to explore, express, and heal through artistic expression.

- Donor families were repeatedly cited as a major source of encouragement, gratitude, and lasting impact.
- Participant feedback confirmed the model works and should be expanded to reach more TACPs.
