- MSgt Josh “Gav” Gavulic served with the 17th STS and other units during his Air Force career as a TACP.
- He completed 10 combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq and is very well respected throughout the Community.
- Tragically, Gav was killed in a parachute training incident on 21 February, 2014.
- Gav was survived by Alyssa (wife), Rylie (daughter), Tristyn(son), Austyn (son), Suttyn(son), Evylie(daughter), Lylah (daughter), Bob (father), Sherri (mother), Jacob (brother) and Jewel (sister)
